This works particularly well in weight-loss programmes and sports. We believe that it can work in money related areas as well. Although most goals require financial resources, it is unnecessary to disclose any private and confidential financial data. You can still share the overall goal (I.e. Saving for a deposit for a car, or house, saving for a holiday, wedding, your kids' university education, pension, etc). Split the total amount you require in weekly, monthly or numbers and call them "milestones". Set yourself a time line for achieving those milestones, and share this information with your buddies.

Either we work or our money works to earn income. For most, just doing any job to earn income is not fulfilling and does not develop our full potential. Of course, there are many who enjoy the job they are doing. However, working in your own business (as owner, partner, shareholder, etc.) has the potential to give you real fulfilment and financial rewards which can exceed any other investment.
